25+ is the number of Manufacturing Sites and Supplier Relationship Teams using our Global Quality Analytics platform to monitor their performance through Key Quality Indicators and standardized dashboards.
Join our team and contribute to maintaining and further developing our Quality Management Systems (QMS) framework hence ensuring continuous improvement of our Quality processes and striving to deliver safe and effective products for our patients.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drive the design, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of the QMS Analytics Processes and Technology. Ensure the platform is aligned with Quality standards and GxP requirements, ultimately supporting business needs and objectives.
Lead and participate in key QMS projects or initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and health authority expectations. Use this knowledge to update our business processes accordingly.
Manage validated GxP QMS Analytics IT systems for Sandoz. This includes working with Quality and Process Owners to maintain and improve them. You'll also create and review related documentation.
Plan updates for GxP QMS Analytics IT systems at Sandoz. Prioritize based on both compliance needs and business value. You'll ensure development aligns with the overall strategy.
Provide guidance, training, and oversight to users. Establish and lead a community of power users. Align Global Systems and Standards through direct interface with representatives across the organization.
Support a compliance and quality culture.
Provide expert advice and input and harmonize and continue to optimize processes within the Quality Assurance area.
Essential Requirements:
Qualifications:
- University degree in Science / Technology or Engineering.
- Bonus: Additional degree in Mathematics /Statistics.
Experience:
- 5+ years of combined experience in Quality Assurance (QA), BI reporting, and KPI development.
Language:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Advantage: Project management experience.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of data analytics, managing large and multiple datasets coming from multiple databases/sources.

Applicable for Austria: In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position, the minimum salary is € 73.112,90 /year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
