Nice store with lots to choose from. Picked up some really nice dress shoes and some casual shoes. It's a great place if you need some Sunday go-to meeting or some casual kick around shoes. Service is great, and employees are eager to help. Clean store and organized. Some great

sales. When I was there, it was 2 for $99, which was perfect for what I needed. Stop in and take a look see. Mon - Thursday 10 am to 8 pm Friday and Saturday 10 am to 9 pm. Stop by and give them a try.

This review won't come as a surprise given the other two posted here already, despite how long it's been since they were posted. It's the same issue. They wouldn't allow me to return or exchange the shoes I'd bought the previous week even though I had the receipt and they

were unworn. They claimed it was because I'd removed the stickers from the bottom even though that's not part of the policy. I tried them on in the store and on my carpet at home. I always remove those stickers before I try shoes on at home because otherwise they can get stuck on the carpet. It's never been a problem anywhere as there are other tags on the box, but it seems based on the other reviews and the employees' actions today that exchanging and returning things is near impossible here. It seems they find ways to refuse returns and exchanges even if you have followed their policy by being within the designated timeframe and not wearing them beforehand. It's too bad they are so dishonest and even resort to things like gaslighting and outright lying to push this agenda. In fact, they even started trying to point out that the same unworn shoes were dirty and scuffed even though that was 100% untrue not to mention impossible. This is why I say they were attempting to gaslight me. In sum, there are good deals for great shoes here, but dishonest policies. If you make a purchase, be sure you actually want to keep the shoes because they don't actually honor returns even though they claim to.

I've been buying from Clark's stores for almost 40 years. At this location in the San Marcos Premium Outlets, I've always found that they lack outlet pricing and attention to service. Their service is mediocre at best and the selection is not as broad. However, I must admit that on

this latest visit, they had many shoes in my size. The pricing is similar to in store values.

Excellent selection of mens and womens shoes, and even clearance items. Shoes are all in open boxes categorized by size, so you can see your style and size right away. The employees are helpful and appear to enjoy working there. The store is not as open and bright as most.

Good prices and selection, helpful employees. Layout of store has all of the shoes for sale exposed for the buyer to select, which is good.

We visited the outlet & my boyfriend wanted to come here. He was looking for some specific shoes that this store didn't have. The staff welcomed us in and asked if we needed help. We just browsed around up and down the aisles. The store was organized and need. There

was lots of clearance shoes in men's and women's sizes. We didn't purchase anything that day, but we will definitely go back.

I'm glad we have this option nearby for Clark shoes. Other is Crabtree Valley Mall or order online. The back of the facility has shelving for clearance shoes. Current 'sale' is 2 pairs for $99 and has been ongoing. Otherwise, you pay as marked. The staff are helpful in

checking for other sizes. They also sell socks, sandals, and shoe care items, such as leather cleaner, protective sprays, etc.

Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. I came in looking to purchase shoes, the store was nearly empty but the associates refused to help me look for a size in clearance claiming everything thing they had was out. I was at the other location earlier and the

associates kindly checked the top shelf but the team here had no interest and apparently did not want the sale.

That bitch Asia is unhelpful and useless. Deserves to get fired. She needa to go. All the other employees were nice. helped me pick out what i needed. Unlike Asia, not an employee. She's in the back on her phone with airpods on telling the other employees to take it

off infront of me while she has hers on. Overall I likes the other employees and the store. I had fun in there and wish to come back as long as Asia isn't there.

Clarks Bostonian Outlet at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is one of my favorite sources for quality business and casual shoes and accessories. I am consistently impressed with their selection and they seem to have at least one pair of shoes that are perfect each time I visit. They are

well worth the visit if you want good shoes.

I love Clarks shoes normally, as I am English. However this store only stocked old fashioned frumpy styles. So I was in and out super quick. Normally I like most of Clarks shoes as they are comfy, made very well and last. But the styles offered here were terrible.

If you're looking for a pair of really comfortable shoes, Bostonian Clarks is definitely the place to go to. I spent a long time in the store at the Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero, Florida trying on different styles of shoes and sandals. They had a deal going on where

you buy one pair of shoes and get the other pair for $10. I finally decided on two pairs of shoes to buy. I really like the cushion in Clarks' shoes.

If you hit this place during a sale, you'll likely get a bargain. I ended up getting two pairs of shoes for $65...normal price would have been more like $90-100. You should know that this store is an outlet mall, but it's probably not really an outlet like they used

to be...surplus goods. This is one of those malls that has outlet stores where the goods are manufactured specifically for the stores. Just another retail mall with the occasional great sale.

Seriously who hired these people because clearly they just don't care about the store or just happy to have their employees walking around the store literally just chilling and talking to each other on the busiest shopping day of the year? I had to waved them down a few times

to get their attention and interrupted their conversation just so I could ask them for a shoe size. They then turn to each other to talk some more and laughing before they decide to do their actual job that they're being paid for. Lastly Sabrina was the one who rung me up but she had an attitude and doesn't seem to enjoy working here. Maybe the manager should be around more to check on the store or just leave bunch of clown run the place if you don't want anymore customers.

Customer service wasn't the greatest. We were greeted within a couple minutes of getting in the store. (Which was great) ... but I was asking for a specific type of shoe, and I was told they didn't exist. (I had them pulled up on the Clark's website..) the gentleman behind

the counter called another store to see if they existed.. as if to try to "prove me wrong" and I didn't feel that was necessary. I was not only frustrated by that because it was rude, but because he was incorrect. I didn't care that they didn't have them. I had just wondered and was going to look around anyway. The lady that was working told me that they had a similar shoe in men's. I picked a men's shoe up and said "Yeah! Like this one." to which she responded "That's what I just said."At this point, I was like... what the heck is wrong with these people and what have I done to deserve this treatment? My husband is super easy going and even he was like "These people are pretty rude." It's was completely asinine! We left and went to Tanger Outlets instead and spent our money there. The staff there are much more pleasant and don't treat you like you're the scum of the earth. I also found the shoe that "didn't exist" there.

Hi, I'm Clarks clients for more than ten years. All my purses and shoes are Clarks. Today I went to buy a wallet at Clarks Bostonian Outlet at 2700 Potomac Mills Cir # 242 Woodbridge, VA 22192 and noticed that many hand bags did not have the Clarks brand and

said inside made in China. I asked the store clerk why they did not say Clarks anywhere in the purse. The employee went to ask the manager. The employee told me that they were not Clarks and that only one was paying for the brand .... Well I went to Clarks and not to Payless to buy for the hand bag. I'm sure I want to pay for the quality of Clarks and not for cheap purses. They are selling cheap hand bags at high prices pretending they are Clarks. Be aware check the brand first. Thank you

My and my fellow coworkers came in to Clarks Bostonian here in Arizona the other night and looked around for work shoes. My friend found some heels and placed them on hold because she wasn't too sure about them. Not knowing when we came in the next day, my

friend asked if they still had her shoes on hold but one of the workers said that they only place they're items on hold for you until closing time. When we went to look for it, they didn't have her shoes and she was very sad about it. As we searched for another pair she was so unhappy about the choice she had to make buying the ones that she didn't really want. Seeing how unhappy we were, a worker named Mike went out of his way and actually found the pair she had really wanted. It made her day. The team here works great and they really help you out with anything and everything. I recommend coming to buy shoes here.

This store gets a lot of traffic ans is big. Its not kept well though. Its completely unorganized and the staff are not knowledgeable as they should be. Amazingly the stalk was very low 3 out of the 5 shoes I chose to try on were not in the size

I needed. And the excuse was a customer bought 3 pairs?! Really. Also some of the shoes are not in great condition. I understand people try on shoes and mistakes happen but if that's the case they need to be discounted. The staff looked at me like I had two heads lol. But definitely up to you if you want to give them a try.
